Durchschnittliches, sehr abgewohntes 2*-Hotel
Absolutes 2*-Durchschnittshotel relativ sauber, aber in einem absolut abgewohnten Zustand. Jahrzehntealter Teppichboden im Zimmer. Dunkler Frühstücksraum mit unterdurchschnittlichem Frühstück auf Plastikgeschirr. Im 350 Dollar einfach zu teuer. Gut genug für eine Übernachtung in Airportnähe.

Stopover in Anchorage
Hotel ist ok für 1-3 Tage Aufenthalt - Amerikanisches Standard Holiday Inn Hotel. Leider kein Hotelsafe auf unserem Zimmer, sonst völlig in Ordnung mit Mini Pool im Erdgeschoss.

Thank you for sharing your comments. Although we do not have a safe in the room we do have them at the front desk for guest rental. I know it doesn't help now, but maybe another guest can benefit from that info. Thank you!

Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Nähe des internationalen Flughafens und nur 5 Minuten zum Fasserflugzeug-Flughafen. Mit dem Buss (Haltestelle 2 Minuten vom Hotel) in 10 Minuten im Zentrum Anchorage (Fahrpreis 2 Dollar). In der nahen Umgebung des Hotels gute Restaurants.

We liked that the property was close to the airport but also close to downtown. We used Lyft to get to downtown and the Holiday Inn Express provided transportation to and from the airport. We also liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. The shower pressure was awesome! We also liked that there were dining options within walking distance.

was nice stay here-good room-the breakfast could of been better-the food was good but they kept running out of food & was slow to restock-we stayed there 3 night & the story was the same each & every morning

I feel sorry for the staff that does the breakfast. They always seem to be understaffed in that area. And they usually look sad. I stay there frequently and it always seem to be that way. But the staff are always nice.

They only clean the room every five days, unless requested to clean earlier. When we requested a cleaning during our 4 night stay numerous times we were basically shrugged off.

Bonnie at the front desk was a very busy multi-tasker, but still made you feel very cared for and all questions addressed. She was friendly and had suggestions for “must-see’s” around Anchorage. Having a shuttle and a bagged breakfast (since we left so early) was an added touch.

Outstanding hotel!
Check in time is normally 3 PM, but we were homeless for a few hours and decided to show up at 1:30 PM and the desk clerk had a nice room set aside for us. The room was comfortable, quiet, and all products were fully stocked. And, it had a microwave and refrigerator! The airport shuttle was fantastic and the driver was very helpful and friendly. Overall, we were very pleased with our entire experience at this hotel.
