The room, though smaller than anticipated, proved convenient for a short stay. Unfortunately, the AC heater wasn't functional, but I believe room service could have assisted had I requested. Despite the AC hiccup, the room was spotless. The TV provided quality entertainment, and the internet connection was excellent. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, compensating for the minor inconveniences. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This was a really good hotel to stay 3 nights in Amman. It was very easy to get to from the airport, free valet parking, good security and helpful welcoming staff. The room was lovely and we had our best nights sleep here in 9 days of travelling Jordan. Although its slightly away from the attractions, uber works great and we had no trouble getting around. Perfect.

Front office staff wasn’t helpful whatsoever. Wouldn’t even provide information on the neighborhood restaurants once you rejected their offer to use one of the hotel restaurants. Room didn’t have shampoo nor body wash. It took over an hour and 2 calls to have some delivered. Breakfast was very weak , omelets were overcooked and pastries were tasteless.

Dear Fernando,Thank you for taking the time to fill this survey. Please accept our sincere apology if your stay was not up to your expectation. However, i need to clarify that for safety and liability reasons, the hotel team can only name but not recommend outside food providers! And I'm happy to announce and for environemntal-protection reasons, Hilton new toiletries standard is having wall mounted dispensers that were already in your bathroom, but you were insisting on take-away ones! Breakfast choices do meet international standards, but Pork items are not allowed as explained today morning.I hope that the above have clarified further besides your breakfast choices. We hope that what happened will not prevent you from staying with us again and look forward to welcoming you back soon.
