Gut: Sauberkeit und Ausstattung
Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool area was a little scary. The bar to hold onto to get into the pool actually came off in the hand of my guest when they were going in the pool. When we told the clerk she said she was aware and would remind maintenance. No sign, no warning. The staff were extremely friendly except we had a problem checking out. I was told my card declined and I had to pay for the rooms. I had already paid through Expedia. But my card got charged again. When I showed my receipt from Expedia another staffer tried explaining that he shouldn't had done that because it was prepaid. I'm waiting for a refund so hopefully will get it soon. Just an unfortunate set of circumstances but I'm hoping no one else ran into this problem and got double charged. The hotel was nice with just a few hiccups.
