„The condo unit is excellent. Covered parking and bike storage, large pool was never crowded, flat boardwalk over the dunes with two hoses to wash beach items, elevator make this facility top notch. The condo unit was as described, with plenty of “starter” items. Everything was very clean. Master bed is a very soft, we found the second bedroom had a firmer mattress. Overall great stay, and we will definitely be back! “

„It was not made clear that the rental was an end unit closest to the very busy and loud South Fletcher Ave. We were regularly woken between 5:30 - 6 a.m. by traffic noise. Further, when we went to the pool, it was not as advertised in the photos. We saw several bugs floating in it and sand pooled in multiple areas at the bottom. We were told that the condo association was responsible for pool maintanence and that others were enjoying the pool earlier that day. When we inquired about ...

„The room I stayed in definitely needs some work done. When I first walked through the door the floor had a very weak area that felt like it could give way anytime. The dishes were not very clean. Any dish that I used I had to wash beforehand. In the master bath, mold was on the ceiling making its way down the wall. That was something I was concerned about sleeping next to honestly. And then in the second bedroom you heard everything outside of the window as well noises coming from the closet ...
