„This house served our purposes well for a three-generation family gathering. Large for comfortably accommodating us; convenient to beach, golf, grocery store, and other attractions, The pool was a winner for the little children.“

„Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad.“

The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!“

Walk was not far and the home still feels like you are in a quiet neighborhood with trees in the back yard.The house had everything we needed. Bedrooms are upstairs, which was good for us, would not be able to bring my mother though. “
