Two car garage with driveway, outdoor seating, BBQ grill on the patio, and a backyard for the kids. Pet friendly, family and kid friendly.



The Space:

Our home on Seville Drive is the kind of place that feels modern and welcoming the moment you walk in. The open concept layout means the living room, kitchen, and dining area all flow together, which is the floor plan most families ask for when they travel. Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests across 5 beds.



The primary suite has a king bed and a walk in closet, the kind of room where parents actually unpack instead of living out of the suitcase. The other bedrooms are set up comfortably with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room for the rest of the family.



The kitchen is large, stocked, and built for cooking together. Full size stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, baking sheets, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. The dining table seats your group for the kind of breakfast or dinner families plan a trip around. There is a laptop friendly workspace if someone is working through the stay.



The living room features a baby grand piano, which is the surprise that turns the evening into something memorable for any family with a player. Add in board games, a TV, and Wi-Fi, and you have the makings of a relaxed in. There is an indoor fireplace for cooler Panhandle months, and outlet covers are in place for families with toddlers.



Outside, you get a BBQ grill, outdoor seating on the patio, a garden and backyard, and a two car garage plus driveway for parking. The home is suitable for children ages two to twelve and infants under two, with pets welcome on prior notice. Bed linens, towels, hair dryer, iron, hangers, and the family travel basics are all included.



Guest Access:

You have the whole 3 bedroom home, the kitchen, the living room with the baby grand piano, the garage, and the backyard. Self check in starts at 3pm with a smart lock code we send a couple of days before arrival, and check out is by 11am. Two car garage plus driveway means everyone in the group can park.



The Neighborhood:

Seville Drive is a calm, family friendly Amarillo neighborhood with mature trees and the kind of residential feel that makes the block easy to settle into. You are well placed for trips south to Palo Duro Canyon State Park, the classic family day, and West Texas A&M in Canyon is close for a campus visit. Downtown Amarillo, the Civic Center, and Westgate Mall are all an easy drive. The Big Texan Steak Ranch is a fun first night dinner, and Wonderland Park, the Don Harrington Discovery Center, and the Amarillo Botanical Gardens are solid kid friendly stops for any trip with little ones.



Getting Around:

Amarillo runs on cars. This home has a two car garage plus a driveway, which holds the family's vehicles with room to spare. Highway access is easy from this side of town. Rental cars and rideshare both work from Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport. Plan for a vehicle in the group.



Other Things to Note:

This is a non smoking home, no parties, no events. Pets are welcome with prior notice. The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, outlet covers for child safety, and a first aid kit. The indoor fireplace is functional for cooler months.

We respect your privacy. We are a quick message away through the Airbnb or Vrbo app, or by text if that is easier. During the day we usually respond within the hour. We are happy to help with local recommendations, kid friendly stops, or the right route south to Palo Duro Canyon State Park.
