„excelent host“

„We, 3 pers.and a dog, stayed for 4 nights in 2 different roomsin Rahoff.Very friendly, warm and helpful hotel owners. Very clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Sauna & Yacouzi were well working, ideal for 2pers. Extensive, good breakfast with home made Bulgarian specialities and differences in the daily offer. Diner also with typical Bulgarian recipes. Little minus: From the hotel to the Gondola (ski/snowboard)) takes at least 7min. The last day of our stay, the ventilator in the bathroom was blocked. ...

„Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!“

„Un accueil chaleureux et professionnel.“

„Zimer, personal und das esen war gut“

„Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience.“

„Alles top “

„Lovely chap who owns and runs the hotel, very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend “
