I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. „Property clean and great location. Owners very easy to deal with and helpful being my 1st time using Vrbo. My only complaint had nothing to do with this rental but with Vrbo. I had a difficult time finding the check in/out stay instructions and luckily I screen shot the lock code and directions because I couldn’t find the stay instructions again while I was there for the WiFi password and what the owners wanted me to do with dirty towels bedding etc… but again. „We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm.“

„Friends and I booked the house for the weekend. We went to see Hank Williams Jr at the pavilion 3 miles down the road. Great location to wander around and enjoy! House was very clean had everything we needed. The only bad thing was we wanted a ride to the show so we wouldn't have to worry about driving. It was a busy night for rides understandably but it seemed the Uber/Lift/Taxi companies are definitely struggling out there. Took us over an hour to finally get a taxi ride there... 3 miles= $70 ...

„Outdoor deck was not safe especially the steps leading to deck. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared on site. Not enough towels or toilet paper for 7 people. We had to run out and purchase toilet paper, only 2 already opened rolls were at property. Overall a beautiful place and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.“
