Be prepared for lots of steps to get to the suite, but it’s absolutely worth it. Town center with lots of restaurants and port excursions in Fira are easily walkable. The only downside was the hot water. It ran out pretty quickly. There is a bathtub in the room with amazing views, but there isn’t enough warm water to fill it. “

"Top Lage mit tollem Ausblick – typisch Santorin eben. Klar, am Hang gelegen bedeutet viele Treppen, aber das weiß man vorher. Die Unterkunft ist allerdings sehr verwinkelt und schwer erreichbar, der Eingangsbereich extrem eng.
Ausstattung leider nur mittelmäßig – vieles ist veraltet oder funktioniert nicht mehr richtig. Teilweise wirkt es etwas verwahrlost. Hilfe beim Koffertragen gibt’s zwar, ist aber oft mit einigem Aufwand verbunden.
Ein echter Schock: 20 Euro für einen Campari Orange an der Poolbar – das ist selbst für Santorin einfach zu viel.
Zum Personal: Leider besonders negativ aufgefallen ist das Verhalten des Manager (das Phantom) . Sehr unfreundlich, wenig entgegenkommend und vor allem stark auf ihr „Recht“ bedacht – statt auf Gästekomfort. Hier fehlt es deutlich an Service-Mentalität und Gastfreundschaft.

"Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel und ist auf den ersten Blick okay. Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise nicht hilfsbereit, unerfahren und hat uns sehr lange warten lassen. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich und auf Wunsch bekommt man auch Wasser.
Die Zimmer waren okay wobei das Bad nicht wirklich sauber war und auf der Terrasse lagen leere Bierdosen.
