„The staff was not friendly. It was very hot in the hotel/hallways. Almost as if they didn’t have any AC. It was miserable. That made us skip breakfast. The trash cans were full in the hallways so it smelled really bad after you walked off the elevator. „Hello, our stay at Spark Hilton was subpar to any Hilton or budget hotel I've stayed in. When we first checked-in, the room we were given had a pungent smell of cigarettes. The staff obligingly gave us another room; however, this one had significant cleanliness issues - there was a soiled rag in the closet, hair in the bed, used soap in the bathroom, and stains on the bed and pillow sheets. „I booked handicap room and they gave me a room with a bathtub I was unable to take a shower at all. Our bedding had to be completely changed including the duvet cover due to questionable stains, had to ask front desk several times to send housekeeping. Only 1 elevator was working. The breakfast quality was poor, many items were not offered. We wore socks the entire time we were in the room and the soles were dirty.“

The pre-paid breakfast is well worth the money and saves about half the cost of paying at the restaurant itself. The rooms are clean and hotel is updated and offers great amenities.
