From the moment you step into the Great Room, you have arrived at your vacation destination! The open concept with the floor to ceiling windows bring you into the woods and mountains. There is the large dining area with room for all, flowing into the kitchen with everything you need to create the fantastic meals after a day of exploring and enjoying the mountains. After eating that delicious meal, relax on the huge couches, or cuddle up in front of the wood stove.

This home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the lower level has the bunk bed room with two large sets of bunk beds, next door is a full bath. On the first level are the two Queen bedrooms with the full bath next door. To finish out the amazing bedrooms is the Master suite on the third level. The master has its own fireplace and skylight. Reading corner and the huge comfortable King bed!

For the family, the lowest level has an entertainment room with a flat screen and yet another huge lounging couch. Great for games and relaxing. This home has the privacy of a wooded area with the views of the mountain peaks. You are close to the trail to climb your first 14'er!

* This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.
* This home is pet friendly. We charge a $50 fee for each pet, and all pets must be approved. This fee is not included in the quoted rate, and will be charged after the booking is confirmed or the day of arrival on the reservation.
