Tolle Hotelanlage für hohe Ansprüche. Leider hält die Wellnessanlage nicht mit dem Hotel mit. Zu klein und zu wenig Auswahl. Dies merkt man vor allem in der Übergangszeit, bei der es draussen noch zu kalt ist, um sich zu sonnen.

Designer-Hotel mit erstklassigem Service
Das neue Conrad Algarve nimmt unter den Luxushotels eine absolute Spitzenposition ein! Wir waren schon in sehr vielen 5 Sterne Hotels weltweit, aber haben so einen perfekten Urlaub und Service erlebt. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist überaus freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und sehr kompetent. An jeder Poolanlage bekommt man sofort kostenlos Wasserflaschen in einem stilvollen Eiskühler und 1"drink of the day"(ohne Alkohol),der jeden Tag variiert. Für die Sonnenliegen, großen Familienbetten(4Pers.) und Loungemöbel am Pool verdient der Hotel- architekt einen Designerpreis! Insgesamt ist das ganze Hotel super modern und durchgestylt. Das Sternerestaurant Gusto ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert, allerdings sehr teuer. Zum Abschluss möchte ich noch den sehr exclusiven Shuttle-Service zum Strand lobend erwähnen. Wenn man zum Strand möchte geht man nur zur Rezeption und dann wird man sofort mit einer Luxus- Limusine(Porsche Chayenne, 7erBMW oder 6er BMW) kostenlos zur Strandbasis vom Conrad Algarve gefahren. Dort bekommt man ebenfalls Strandtücher und gekühltes Wasser als Hotelgast, für 2Liegen und Sonnenschirm werden dann allerdings 15€ auf die Hotelrechnung gebucht. Die Rückfahrt erfolgt wieder nach Wunschzeit durch Telefonanruf des Strandpersonals. Ich hoffe nur, dass dieses tolle Luxus- hotel seinen sehr hohen Standard auch in den nächsten Jahren hält! Wir fahren demnächst wieder dort hin.

Ein perfekter Urlaub dank des Hotels
Wir haben 9 wunderbare Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht.Unsere Suite war sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet.Perfekt!Nur das Auffüllen der Minibar wurde des Öfteren vergessen.Aber es gibt ja Housekeeping--ein Anruf und es wurde erledigt. Die Poolanlagen, die Restaurants, der Service und vor allem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, lassen den Aufenthalt zu einem Genuß werden.Tipp-unbedingt im Restaurant Gusto das Menü probieren.Ein Geschmackserlebnis zu einem tollen Preis! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!!!!

Amazing Staff- the best!
Beautiful hotel and surroundings, especially comfortable beds! Rooms nicely stocked and coffee excellent . The highest ratings are for the very professional, polite, kind and responsive staff. We especially loved and appreciated Iara at the front desk and Giorgios (not spelled right) who are both a huge asset for the hotel! Hope to see them next trip!

Was part of the 500 flights that were canceled and had to find a hotel after 8 hours in the airport. It was a true pleasure to discover the Conrad. The stunning drive ions to a speculatular lobby and exceptional staff. My room large and the bed comfortable. It was a beautiful respite.

Room cleanliness and turndown service were flawless, with a personal touch from the cleaning personnel. The concierge service was invaluable, assisting with reservations and making our experience seamless. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic selection of delicious food, served by attentive staff. The world-class spa with indoor and outdoor pools provided top-notch, rejuvenating treatments. Conrad Algarve has two exceptional outdoor pool areas, one for families and one tranquil zone for adults. The user-friendly digital ordering system and attentive staff made poolside experiences enjoyable. The pool bar offered diverse food and drinks, including tempting sushi choices. I normally stay in vilamoura at the lakes (now called the dome) hotel and have always enjoyed myself and thought it was a great hotel. I wanted to try somewhere else this time so decided on the Conrad. This Conrad is definately a step up from the Lakes/Domes hotel and this will now be my go to hotel. The hotel is beautiful and feels like a 5* hotel with excellent facilities. Food and staff were amazing and the location is glorious.

In our opinion the Conrad is one of the nicest hotels on the Algarve. The service in particular is impeccable and the property has all the amenities that you could want from a five star resort.(including Gaucho’s which is amazing) We have returned here several times and would certainly recommend to anyone considering any type of break whether that be short or long. It really is one of the best so don’t hesitate to try, you will be made very welcome.
