Hi Lopa, So glad you had a super good Birthday weekend. Looking forward to your return. Thank you for leaving the house clean and very tidy. This house was built in the early 1900s and yes the base of the stairs, doorway to the right of the top of stairs, and one other section into the living room area are a bit lower in height. However, they are marked and they do not interfere with the comfortable usage of the house. Another word for it is "characteristic" of the house.

So glad you enjoyed your stay here. Come back anytime. Just to comment on the "low spots and stairs" the stairs are original and that is the way they made things back then to save on space. It is character of this style house. Each step tread, however, has good grip / traction. The other low spot is a 10" header separating the dining area and the living room. If you stand/walk taller than 6'5" at that spot, then be cautious as you go from one room to the next. The place is spacious and does not feel close, tight, nor confining.
