When we arrived there were several people milling about with ankle monitors on and the room looked clean when we first entered it but upon inspection we ended up not sleeping under the covers and were only in the room for about 6 hours. We had an early flight and ended up leaving at about 3AM and were approached by a person wanting a jump for his car and another guy needing a dolly. The front desk lady was alone and got scared because the front door was unlocked when we went in to return our room keys and the same guy needing a dolly followed my husband in and really scared her so she ended up locking the door and getting the guy and my husband to leave. I would not recommend this hotel.

My room was not all the way clean. There’s crumbs in the corners and there was some man boxes under my couch and then there is a little pill under the sink. Good thing I didn’t inspection before I really let my kid run around.

The room had recently been renewed. The job was fantastic. Enough plugs for charging various electronic devices. I have an Ipad, an IPhone, Hearing aids, and an e reader and there are rarely enough plugs except by disconnecting something like a lamp. Not good. The new counter tops are attractive and practical. Makes the sink area look clean and inviting. The new faux wood floors are very nice. Sometimes I miss the warmth of rugs but rugs fill up with goodness knows what. The new floors are easier to clean and maintain. Adds to the general appeal of the room. The bathroom was pristine. No mold anywhere and the space enhancing shower curtain is great. Such a simple idea with huge benefits. The fixtures were attractive as well and functioned perfectly. The lighting looked like it was out of a magazine on house improvement. The brightness was so welcome. It cheers up the room. Best lighting ever in the hotels I have used. Overall a brilliant renovation. Other motels/hotels should take note what Wyndham/Ramada Has done. They should do as well.

They would not let us in till 4pm due too lack of workers. Not ice machines were down. People in room #106 were loud all night. Like 6 to 8 people in room. Breakfast not ready when we checked out! Will not stay there again. Red Roof Inn was better!!!

The blind in the room is not working I requested to fix it but nobody came to fix the blind. I didn’t know that cleaning was by request so I called to receptionist ( which is hard to reach) and asked for clean towels She promised to bring them and never did. So I tried again couldn’t get to front desk as they never pick up the phone I really regret to choose this hotel. And on top of it I asked for wake up call at 7am and again they didn’t

Friendly staff at reception. Not the best choice for catching an early flight because the airport shuttle doesn’t start operation until 7:30 and there is no brown bag breakfast option for those who will check out too early for the "free" breakfast (which, in fact, we all pay for)

Pleased with the clean room. Comfy king bed. Lots of space and places to put luggage and counter spaces for miscellaneous items and toiletries. Coffee maker worked well. Definitely like the laminate flooring. So much more sanitary than carpeting. Nice breakfast. Pleasant employees. Very happy would definitely recommend👍👍

I arrived with my son’s at property today (03.26.2024) @1AM due to flight delay. The front desk lady was clearly sleeping and in a bad mood. She gave my sons and I a room far from the main entrance and after I checked the room’s window I realized that it didn’t close all the way, giving a chance to someone open the window and unlock the door, since the window was right next to the door. I tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. When I walked all the way to the front desk I asked if there was a way to check the window and lock it. The answer was: “I can give you the refund for your room and you can go stay somewhere else, how about that?” The audacity to say “how about that” got me wondering: what hurt her? I was in chock and disbelief how someone would talk to a customer like that. All I was requesting was to stay/feel safe. That was it. I understand the hotel is cheap and I was there for just few hours. All I wanted was to have some rest to drive home in the early morning. She also charged me a prepaid room $162.43. Normally the hotel keeps your CC for damages. She hated me so much for interrupting her sleep that made an actual charge on my card. I’m reporting this to the corporation tomorrow.

Shuttle from airport didn’t run at night. Front desk wouldn’t open door until I picked up the phone despite being a single woman with luggage late at night. No elevator to second floor and room was around back

I would like to give this hotel, if five star rating, because the people that work, there were so nice. They were very helpful, and very friendly. But, the hotel itself, and the accommodations were lacking. I did not know that this hotel has homeless people from that city. I would not have stayed there. Had I known that. I’m a single woman traveling on my own and I didn’t feel comfortable when I found out that aspect. There were a number of shady looking people hanging outside the hotel room where I was staying, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I spoke to the front desk, and they gave me a room on the opposite side of the hotel, which they should have done in the first place, and I felt better. Knowing I was a female traveler, the front desk should have put me in the room on the safer side of the hotel, or less shady side of the hotel. The pillows were absolutely lame. But the bed was very comfortable. The hot water was great, and the water pressure was fantastic. The sink was stopped up, and drained slow. The continental breakfast was OK. It had great waffles, not so great eggs, and a number of other things, that were totally fine and edible. The coffee was great!. The woman that worked in the kitchen area was so nice and so helpful. She was the best.

The room was picked up but dirty. The bed sheets hadnt been changed. The floors were so dirty, we couldnt take our shoes off. My daughter walked around without shoes and her socks turned black in 5 minutes. The first lady we checked in with was really rude. The gentlemen the second and third day was very nice and took care of everything gis name was Brad
