★ Security: 9 exterior cameras (front, back, sides, porches & doorbell). Record video/audio 24/7. No indoor cameras.
★ Pets: Allowed with approval — $50/night per pet. Pets must be leashed outdoors, kept off furniture, and cleaned up after. Owners are responsible for damage.
★ Extra Guests: Base rate covers 6 guests. $25/night per additional guest.
★ Booking: Primary guest must be 25+. No third-party bookings.
★ Before Arrival: Guests must provide full names & IDs, vehicle info, signed rental agreement, and agreement to community rules.
★ Amenity Tags: Required for lake, beach, and pool access. $50 fee for each lost tag.
