Welcome to the Stony Ridge Cabin, nestled on one acre of land in the private mountain lake community of Towamensing Trails! This saltbox style open concept home is perfect for creating lasting memories with family and friends. Whether it be by spending time under the vaulted ceiling in front of the fireplace, entertaining by the wet bar and pool table or enjoying many of the close attractions all year long. Step into to the serene mountain life with this 3 story, 4 bedroom, 3 full bath cabin. The home is furnished with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 full size sofa bed to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. All beds come with luxury memory foam mattresses with fresh linens and comfortable pillows. Office within the 2 twin beds is perfect space for working remotely while connected to the high speed wifi. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential utensils, silverware, pots, pan and plates to comfortably cook from scratch. Coffee options for everyone with K-cup, drip, French press and pour-over are also available. Living room includes a propane fireplace along with a TV where you are welcome to sign into your Netflix and other smart TV accounts. Variety of board games are also in the living room located under the coffee table for some good old fashion, pre smart phone fun. Ground floor includes a bar with a sink and mini fridge. Lounge area is directly next to the bar which includes another Roku enabled TV. Other side of the ground floor is the game room with a pool table and foosball table.

Step outside and enjoy nature with a large yard and occasional woodland friends who visit from time to time.

Close Attractions: Skiing, snowboarding, tubing, wineries, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, swimming, boating, paintballing, waterparks, antiquing, beach, pool, lake, Nascar, zip lining to name a few. Neighborhood Description: This beautiful lake community includes a beach, swimming pool, volleyball, basketball, tennis courts, ball field and playground. Lake is stocked with fish, PA fishing license is required and catch and release only. Adjacent to the lake is the Community Center. Here you can find a snack bar and lounge that serves refreshments. Please note that only 8 wristbands are given out per rental to gain access to these community amenities. Children under the age of 5 do not count towards the maximum limit. Please note that the amenities above only apply on the weekends after Memorial Day which switches to everyday between Fathers day and Labor Day. Renter acknowledges that amenities are not guaranteed as the Towamensing Trails community has the final decision on when the amenities are available.

Due to local ordinances, Towamensing Trails requires primary guest and all vehicles to be registered with the community. Registrations forms will be emailed one week prior to the check in date. Maximum of 8 wristbands are included with each stay which are required to access the community amenities. Children under the age of 5 do not count towards the maximum. Registration is free for the first vehicle however there will be a $5 charge for each subsequent vehicle at check in.

Additional Details:
Pet guidelines are a maximum of 2 pets allowed with a 50lb limit for each. Additional $25 charge per booking. Please feel free to continue booking if your pets meet these guidelines. If your pets do not meet these guidelines, please reach out to me for approval prior to booking.

No smoking allowed. There will be a $600 charge to remove the odor for smoking violations.

No fires. Community has a zero fire policy. If caught by security, the $550 violation ticket will be passed on to the renter.

No fireworks

No large events or parties.

Quite hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Reimbursement of noise ordinances fines will be charged to the renter if applicable.
