„Our room smelled musty and the window was kind a broken, so you heard everything from the street outside. The breakfast buffet was ridiculous, as the hot dishes were cold and the buffet was not replenished at any time. The only thing which was good were the freshly made eggs.“

„We've stayed there for two nights. The stay was okay but actually the hotel appears to be a high class hotel but actually isn't at all. The rooms are okay but tiny and the price for a room isn't reasonable. The cleanliness within the rooms is good, but within the floors Not at all. Also the breakfast room wasn't nice and quite dirty. The staff there could be more attentive towards their guests and saving us waiting time. Otherwise everyone was very friendly.“

„Small hotel and certainly not the worst one but a few things definitely need improvement. There was no hot water, we complained the first night and should be fixed next day - it wasnt. Second night we complained again and then it was fixed for the sink only, not the shower and it worked only for a few hours. Last 3 days we just accepted the colder water. The wifi in my room never really worked (signal too weak, had to go outside). The staff did not know or want to answer what restaurants were ...

„Breakfast was good! A handful of local dishes were very tasty. Room size was small but accomodating. Staff were friendly and polite with greeting us in the hallways and in the lobby. Sadly no view from our room, and dont be alarmed if the power goes out for a few seconds at night. Emergency generators kick in within the next second and power is usually back within the minute after. Overrall a good stay. Thank you Sentro.“

Very obliging staff and great food in the restaurant albeit limited to nil in its western breakfast food selection. But why crave cereals in Rome?
