"Seit vielen Jahren übernachte ich zweimal jährlich im Hotel Rogner. Besonders schätze ich die zentrale Lage, die es ermöglicht, viele Ziele bequem zu erreichen. Das freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Personal sorgt dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Auch die hervorragenden Freizeitmöglichkeiten überzeugen mich immer wieder: Der Pool und das gut ausgestattete Fitnessstudio bieten ideale Voraussetzungen für Erholung und sportliche Aktivität. Sowie das riesige Frühstückbuffet. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil sind die vorhandenen Parkplätze, die den Aufenthalt besonders komfortabel machen. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel für mich die perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Service und bester Lage – ein Grund, warum ich immer wieder gerne zurückkehre."

"Wir hatten insgesamt einen großartigen Urlaub in Albanien und können das Land uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage mit vielen Restaurants, Supermärkten und dem Stadtzentrum in kurzer Entfernung. Besonders empfehlenswert ist ein Zimmer mit Meerblick – die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht. Nach einigen vorherigen Bewertungen hatten wir deutlich weniger erwartet, tatsächlich gab es aber eine solide Auswahl mit Eiern, Pancakes, Obst, Desserts und weiteren Speisen. Man wird auf jeden Fall satt. Zudem war der kostenlose Eiskaffee ein schönes Extra. Die Atmosphäre am Pool mit moderner Musik den ganzen Tag über hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Man sollte jedoch keine klassischen Fünf-Sterne-Standards erwarten. Kritikpunkte sind vor allem die stark abgenutzten Auflagen der Poolliegen, die dringend erneuert werden sollten. Außerdem wirken einige der Bodenplatten rund um den Pool locker, was aus unserer Sicht ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Auch bei Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Trotz dieser Mängel haben sie unseren positiven Gesamteindruck vom Hotel und unseren Urlaub nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden wiederkommen."

"Das Hotel war modern und neu, die Zimmer groß und Schön. Leider wurden die Zimmer trotz Schild nicht täglich gereinigt. erst nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurden Handtücher gewechselt und das Zimmer sauber gemacht.Kostenlose Wasserflaschen, die eigentlich inkl. sein sollten, mussten wir täglich erfragen und am ende sogar bezahlen ( 7,-€). Außerdem haben wir trotz Aufpreis keine Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen, weil es nichts frei war.! Der Supervisor an der Rezeption war unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Positiv war sehr gute Lage des Hotels. Das Frühstück war gut aber da genauso sehr sehr lange auf ein Tasse Cafe warten muss. Das Restaurant außerhalb des Hotels, das ebenfalls dazugehört, war sehr Lecker aber da Restaurant im Hotel 2. Etage Abendeesen nicht zum empfehlen"

"There are definitely several positive aspects. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the balcony offered a nice view. We also appreciated having a safe, coffee machine, and kettle in the room, as well as the water dispenser in the hallway. The breakfast buffet was sufficient overall, and the freshly squeezed orange juice deserves special mention. Another highlight was the adjacent Bistro Mulaj, where hotel guests receive a 10% discount. The food there was genuinely very good. The airport transfer service for a fixed price of EUR 20 was also well organised. Unfortunately, there were also many small issues that together created an overall impression of carelessness and lack of attention to detail. For example, the hand soap was empty when we checked in and was still not refilled the next day, forcing me to actively search for the cleaning staff and point it out. Similar small things were repeatedly forgotten during room cleaning, such as refilling toilet paper. At the same time, all towels were unnecessarily replaced every single day, even when this was clearly not needed. The breakfast room was usually overcrowded as well. I repeatedly had to inform the staff about missing items, such as there being no napkins available or the coffee machine not working properly. In fact, there seemed to be some kind of issue with the coffee machine every day. Having a second machine would clearly make sense. Tables were also cleared far too slowly."

"We stayed here fo four nights and we felt exceptionally comfortable at this hotel - especially because of the magnificent staff! Every minor or major request was met with utter kindness, competence and a quick solution, everyone was happy to help with any question or wish that came up. The breakfast is really delicious, also because the hotel has an own farm, where they get fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and dairy products. Also dinner is very recommendable here, just bear in mind, that while the off-season some of the traditional dishes have to be pre-ordered in the morning or the day before. The only little critique I'd like to mention, was that the walls seem to be a little thin, you can easily hear guests from the neighboring rooms or hallway, so if you have a light sleep, you might wanna bring earplugs. The area around the hotel is peaceful and very nice, you can walk into town and the promenade within 10-15 Minutes. There's a free parking lot and the private beach is very nice. The rooms were spotless clean and the view over the bay and the island of Corfu is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely keep this hotel in mind, if we decide to travel to Albania again. Thanks to all the wonderful people staying here, who made our stay so great and memorable!"
