Very big rooms with kitchen. It is between the Mosque which only muslim men can get into it!!!!!!! and LuLu Shopping center. But now there is a construction that's why it is dusty. The minus point is they debited my credit card for secure but they still didn't credit it. Althought we haven't used anything.!!!!!!

Gutes Hotel für eine Übernachtung in Fujairah
Das Hotel ist leicht an der Hauptstraße neben einer Tankstelle zu finden. Ankunft war prima: Kostenloses Valet Parking und Hilfe beim Gepäck. Wunsch nach Zimmer auf hohem Flur wurde berücksichtigt - leider zur lauten Straße. Zimmer ist großzügig und mit kleiner Küche, wirkt in Details aber nicht hochwertig (Fußboden wirkte eicht klebrig, Schranktür kippte raus). Room Service kann ich von der Qualität her gar nicht empfehlen, da lieber in Restaurants in der Umgebung gehen. TV bietet ZDF. Bett und Dusche waren gut - Frühstück habe ich nicht probiert. Check-Out lief problemlos und sehr kundenorientiert. Personal war jederzeit nett und hilfsbereit.

Welch ein Service!
Sie gaben mir das Gefühl der einzige Gast im gesamten Hotel zu sein! Hatte abends spät eingecheckt. Super freundlicher Concierge. An der Rezeption ging es so weiter. Bereits dort mein Wunsch an den Room Service gerichtet. Nach drei Minuten im Zimmer kamen die Koffer, dann meine Bestellungen und schließlich der Anruf der Rezeption ob das Zimmer mir so recht sei. Es standen drei Angestellte im Zimmer und der vierte in der Leitung. Absolut verrückt!

Perfektes Stadthotel
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Selbst die Classic-Studios sind geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Food Manager Jesus macht einen großartigen Job und wir haben das Frühstück sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice hotel, great location and helpful staff. Only issue we had was there wasnt any hot water coming out of the showers, which ruined the comfort part of things. Staff were great for accomodating us before that though, got a little upgrade, let us have a later checkout so we could use the pool for longer and adjusted to suit our little one in the restaurant/bar

Disappointed
For the ridiculously high price we paid for a 2 bed room suite, the service was very average. The rooms were not carpeted. The kitchen had no crockery, not even basic cutlery, glasses, and had to ask for everything. The kitchen did not have microwave oven, and no dish washing soap even after requesting. So I had to order from outside to wash kids feeder bottles. The breakfast list didn’t have my name even after paying in advance with booking, so they had to ask front desk to check and kept me waiting. Parking was in a different hotel building, with no signs leading to this hotel front lobby. If I had paid half the price that I actually paid for this hotel, I would be okay.
