A traditional Provençal-style apartment — simple and functional, not renovated or modern — located on a quiet street and including:

A fully equipped Provençal-style kitchen: microwave, Nespresso machine, small refrigerator, stovetop, dishes, and utensils.



Access to a washing machine and dryer if needed.



A living room with a comfortable sofa bed, television, and dining table.



A portable air conditioner.



A bedroom with a double bed and a desk.



A functional bathroom with a shower (height 1.80 m), sink, and toilet.

With our self check-in system, you can arrive at your convenience and enjoy full flexibility. We remain available nearby should you need any assistance.

We take great care to ensure cleanliness and comfort, making your stay as pleasant and smooth as possible.

The apartment is located in the city center, on a small typical street. Everything is within walking distance: supermarkets, bakeries, shops, bars, restaurants, museums, bus stops, and public parking.

I remain available before and during your stay to answer any questions, share my best local recommendations (restaurants, markets, sightseeing, activities), and ensure you have a wonderful experience in Aix-en-Provence.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide. There, you can choose flexible check-in times for an additional fee (subject to availability). Requests must be received no later than 6 p.m. the day before arrival.

(Early check-in at 12 p.m.: €20).

Parties, events, and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited, in accordance with the building rules and out of respect for the neighbors.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
