This cozy cottage is a guest house behind our main residence. It offers a comfortable layout with a full bathroom with shower, and a private patio featuring a relaxing hot tub. The cottage is designed for comfort and convenience. The kitchenette includes a microwave, refriderator and a two-burner cook plate (no oven), perfect for preparing simple meals. We provide complimentary starter coffee and tea to help you settle in.

*Driveway/Parking area is a gravel parking space off to the side of the main house. You will have parking for one car.
*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning the price is for up to 2 people. We only allow a maximum of 2 guests. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including infants and children), must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 2.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into other spaces on the property that are not included in your unit or private patio.
* Early check-in and late check-out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time

We ask that you message us through your reservation for anything you need. We live on the property and are available in person if there are any urgent issues.

Nestled on 35 acres, our property offers unparalleled peace and quiet, bordering BLM land with few neighbors. Embrace the tranquility of nature while still enjoying easy access to local conveniences and dining options.

Note: At times Yosemite National Park requires reservations, see the official website for details, if you fail to get them you can take the YARTS bus or another tour into the park without reservations.

Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

The unit has a window AC unit and a portable heater that you can control for your comfort.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control, etc.) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover additional housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, failure to get reservations to the National Park or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
*Quiet time is after 10PM - 8AM
*Parking for ONE vehicle only, any additional vehicles will have to be parked off site. NO TRAILERS/BOATS/MOVING VANS
*Any guest not disclosed in advance of check in will be charged at double the nightly guest charge (plus taxes, $93.66) for the duration of your entire reservation.
*We charge for INFANTS, please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you will receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation.
* No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex. WiFi, electric, water, etc.
* Smoking anywhere in or on the property will incur a minimum $100 fee. Absolutely no drugs permitted on-site.
* No music or loud activities on the patio/outside at anytime, sound travels in the mountains and we strive to be good neighbors.
*We are unable to allow pets/service animals as we have a family member whom regularly uses the cottage and has an extreme allergy. We charge a $500 fee for undisclosed pets/service animals to ensure the safety of our family member
