Miserable
Die Aufenthalt war für mich total miserabel, die Mitarbeiter sind total unhöflich was Arber angeht, ich habe mich die ganze Zeit total unwohl gefühlt, Kakerlaken auf Klo sind zuhause, und im poll ich würde beobachtet so ob ich kriminelle bin nur weil ich arabisch ausgesehen habe!? Und gebt noch viel mehr was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, schade in eigne Land so behandelt zu werden traurig.... Sonst nieeeeeeeeee wieder einfach Schrot

kühle Massenabfertigung, mehr Schein als Sein
Standards werden in dem Hotel sicher eingehalten und es wird sicher auch hin und wieder renoviert und investiert. Insgesamt ist der Eindruck aber sehr lieblos, in den Zimmern gibt es neben der Einrichtung keine liebevollen Details, es wirkt kühl und in der Hotelhalle werden nur mit Mühe die Standards gehalten, es ist sehr ungemütlich und kühl von der Ausstattung her. Der Außenbereich ist lieblos gestaltet, aufhalten mochte ich mich nirgends gern. Die all inclusive Getränke schmecken gräßlich. Es ist das Billigste vom Billigen, natürlich liegt das auch am insgesamt nicht hohen Preis. Das ist nicht Urlaub.

Honestly, I have been to Morocco a number of times and I can honestly say as a family trip here this was a shocking experience. This whole trip was let down by the hotel and facilities. They have bed bugs, and the place is really unclean. They moved us after one day as they said our room was not ready when we arrived and put us in a floor and room which did not have any working taps, blocked toilet and was very unclean. I don’t leave reviews, I have been to over 20 countries and me and my wife was appalled by the whole experience. It’s on the strip of the beach but apart from that it’s a really bad experience in terms of stay, staff are really bad and need training and the food is awful.

Hôtel bien situé mais un peu à l'écart des restaurants, séjour globalement satisfaisant. Je ne mets pas excellent car il y a des points négatifs. Le positif, chambre avec superbe vue sur la mer au calme. Le balcon mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Le négatif, le restaurant principal. Je n'avais pas pris le all inclusive vu les avis négatifs et j'ai bien fait étant donné l'expérience du petit déjeuner. Grand réfectoire bruyant, le dessus des tables collants, les oeufs sur le plat préparés à l'avance et froid, et j'en passe, vraiment pas terrible. J'ai par contre testé à deux reprises le restaurant Italien (payant), très bien, bon plats et serveur super pro dans un cadre très sympa. Le point très négatif : la réception, le strict minimum ! On a l'impression que c'est une souffrance de dire bonjour, on vous dit "tenez la fiche à remplir" et c'est tout, aucune information même pas pour les horaires du petit déjeuner. J'avais envoyé deux emails pour un transfert de l'aéroport à l'hôtel, je n'ai jamais eu de réponses et aucune explications. On a l'impression de les déranger. Faites un petit effort, j'ai l'habitude de voyager et je n'ai jamais vu un service de réception aussi médiocre. Un petit sourire et un bienvenu, c'est un minimum surtout pour un hôtel 4 étoiles (cela n'inclus pas la conciergerie, le monsieur en charge de ce service est très serviable et efficace). En résumé, si je reviens à Agadir, j'irai ailleurs.

Basic hotel, wouldn't recommend. Some staff bad!
The hotel is a 3star at best and in need of some serious TLC. It's a shame because it could have great potential with the beachfront location but there is a clear lack of guidance/training from management and some staff do not want to be there!!! Some bar staff also do not have a clue...we got a margarita one night and it was pure lemon juice(not lime) and tequila with no conitreau, it was so strong and gross i couldn't drink it, see pic. We had a sea view room which was nice but our balcony door did not lock, we got maintenance to fix this but it broke again - the courtesy room balcony door was also broke so i think they are all just needing replacement. The beds are comfy and clean but the floors in the rooms and especially the bathrooms always seemed dirty(like you could see on the towels the dirt coming off the floors) so they aren't being mopped properly. We only went B&B thankfully as the buffet breakfast is chaotic and has no structure, very little fruit or options other than sweet breads/pastries, there also wasn't enough seating in the restaurant. Most of the staff are so lovely and helpful but we witnessed one extremely rude encounter with a woman called "Nora" from guest services. The way she spoke to two English guests in front of us was the worst manners i have ever seen from someone working in hospitality, she was disgraceful and should not work in the industry! If you want good restaurants walk 10 mins up the promenade to O'Playa, Jade and El toro.

The hotel was very clean. The pool and beach areas were nice. The waterslides were fun. The entire hotel is very worn. Breakfast was bland and boring. I tried to branch out with some of the variety offered, but quality was poor and we stopped going day #3. The gym was dated and had limited hours.

Property is very worn & in need of a refurb. When we first arrived we thought it’s a 3 star hotel but as the week went on it got worse & worse. There are 3 lifts in the hotel & 1 did not work our entire stay. The other 2 worked intermittently & on 2 days none of the 3 worked. Breakfast was ok but the omelette station & msemmen station were understaffed. So there would always be a queue & the bigger the queue got, the smaller the portions got & the staff would get irritated if you asked for 2 portions. The staff were very rude & seemed lazy or that they just didn’t care. On arrival I saw a member of staff at reception say to a guest “I don’t have time for you right now” in quite an abrupt manner & just left him standing there bemused. One morning at breakfast, a waiting staff was asked by a guest for cutlery & they picked dirty cutlery up from a table that had not been cleared, wiped it with a dry cloth & hand it off to them. All in plain sight. The guest saw & was furious but the member of staff insisted he didn’t & then threw his arms in the air & walked off. The hotel offers currency exchange & the rates seem reasonable that they put up on the boards. However every morning I asked, I was either told “come back in the afternoon” or “we don’t have cash now” or “we’re too busy at the moment.” i gave up after going to them twice a day for my first 3 days trying to exchange money. I would not stay at this place again under any circumstance.

Belle façade mais après ça suit pas ....les ascenseurs en panne , pas de wifi dans la chambre tout le séjour alors que j' ai signale 3fois par jour a la reception qui sont pas reactifs....l hôtel est au calme et bien placé , les petit déjeuner sont ridicule et désorganisés , il faut courrir après une table et quand on a trouver la table il faut trouver une chaise .... Manque de travaux d entretien dans l ensemble du bâtiment Il y a mieux a agadir , je n y reviendrai pas .

Chambre très agréable avec magnifique vue sur mer Les parties communes, notamment le sol mériteraient d’être refaites et le restaurant principal était bruyant et pas très agréable du fait d’un plafond bas ,en revanche le restaurant marocain était parfait (décoration qualité de la nourriture et personnel)j’y ai diné tous les soirs durant mon séjour

On my confirmation it was written free lynch and free dinner, but at the hotel upon check-in they told me that we could only have free breakfast and free dinner. Before booking the hotel, I called Orbitz and spoke with a representative who told me that breakfast is included in the price, and if I add Lynch and Dinner, then we will have 3 meals a day. But as a result, we only had 2 x one meal.

The woman at the reception was short with me. When I arrived at my room, immediately had issues: food stuck on the mirror, mini fridge had multiple hairs in it, shower stall had black mold all along the trim and balcony door DID NOT LOCK. I returned to reception. The same woman saw me and said, what is wrong? I said, you want me to say right now? She said yes and so I told her. She proceeded to say, we will check the room and I said, you mean, you do not believe me? I have been in the room 5 minutes. I choose to walk away instead of argue with her. Later, a supervisor arrived with housekeepers. She said she would clean the room. While my Moroccan Arablic is not perfect, one of the housekeepers said someone stayed in the room and hadn't been cleaned. I demanded to have a new room assigned. I was EXHAUSTED and needed to rest. She said the woman at the reception would not let me change rooms and that she thought I had made the room messy. What choice did I have at this point? I took a deep breathe and stepped away while the room was cleaned over the following 30-40 minutes. The housekeepers did their best. The door was never fixed and as a woman traveling by myself, I spent the night nervous someone would come into the room. I was unable to rest and this stay was an utter disaster. WOULD NEVER RETURN.

Un gran hotel muy limpio y una amabilidad única nos recibieron con un The de menta la picina maravillosa el restaurante ni hablar los precios muy económicos 11 euros gambas a la plancha con patatas fritas también te lo pueden llevar a la habitación el desayuno muy variado y rico en calidad el servicio es personalidad el spa los precios económicos y profecíonal hay gim también para descansar y relajarse con atención única y tranquilidad. Ya que era un hotel familiar éramos 7 incluido menores y a todos nos gustó mucho por lo que ofrece volveríamos a este hotel ya que hemos estado más de una semana en ALGADIR en varios hotel de 5 estrellas y este hotel tiene y más quels otros hoteles

Lugar muy mal mantenido. Al llegar, las sábanas de la cama tenían pelos, a las almohadas les faltaban las fundas y en la ducha también habían pelos. En cuanto a las instalaciones, en general, dejan mucho que desear. El hotel se sentía muy vacío. Por otro lado, el restaurante italiano que poseían no era nada de bueno. En resumen, lo único bueno que tenían era la piscina y que estaba en frente de la playa. No volvería a quedarme ahí.
