The property is in close proximity to the Shangri-La Resort and various golf courses. Guests can enjoy access to 5 miles of golf cart trails, suitable for both walking and biking. A diverse selection of restaurants is readily available nearby.

BEDROOMS (3 Total)
Bedroom 1: Primary suite featuring a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and in-unit washer and dryer. Equipped with TV streaming applications and a DVD player. Also includes a desk area for working.

Bedroom 2: "Queen-sized bed. Includes a television with streaming capabilities.

Bedroom 3: Furnished with a queen-sized bed and TV with streaming applications and a DVD player.

Living area: Offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa for sleeping accommodations. Additionally, inflatable mattresses are available in master cabinets.

The residence features an open-concept design, seamlessly integrating the living room, kitchen with an island, and dining area. The dining and bar seating accommodates up to eight individuals. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking tools, including cookware, cutlery, and various dishware, alongside wine and drinking glasses.

KITCHEN SMALL APPLIANCES
The kitchen is equipped with a toaster oven, a George Foreman grill, blender, hand mixer, and a crockpot. Also can opener, & coffee makers.

FIREPLACE
The fireplace features an electric insert, providing both warmth and realistic flame visuals.

INTERNET
High-speed internet with WIFI is available for streaming applications on the TV's. Additionally, DVD players and a comprehensive collection of DVDs are provided for both children and adults.

OUTDOOR SPACE/DECK
A propane grill is available on the deck for grilling. The grassy area is suitable for activities such as cornhole. A fire pit is available for evening enjoyment; guests are requested to provide their own firewood. Smoking is permitted on the deck only.

DOCK (shared with neighboring short term rental)
The dock is easily accessible with a gentle slope from the deck, eliminating the need for stairs. It is equipped with chairs and a swim ladder. Boats can be tied up at the dock, or boat slips can be requested. Number of inflatable floats in shed. A veranda on top of the dock offers seating for four. Boat slip available upon request.
