First no one was in the office to get my room, then I reserved a handicap king size room and he not only could not find my reservations but when he finally gave me a key it was in the second floor with no elevator and the room only had a full size bed in it and the air conditioner was on its side in front of the door, when I went down to inquire why I had this room, he then gave me another key on the second floor but this time he says it was a king room, so I went back up the stairs only to find that he had not set the key and the door would not open, while all of this was going on my husband who was still in the truck waiting for me said that the people hanging over the railed up stairs where making him uncomfortable because they were pointing at our vehicle. , so when I went back down to the office I just told the attendant that not only were we both handicap, I could not get up those steps one more time and that I felt like we should get a refund.. to which he told me that he could not give me a reading only Expedia could.. so we had to go find another hotel after this fiasco.
