„Beautiful place, with excellent staff.
We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going.
The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding.
The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest.
We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day.“
„It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything.

Only one thing to note. Heating hadn't been put on, so rooms rather chilly..bath towels didn't dry. This should have been noted by manager.

„Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.“
„Dieses Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen im kleinen Dorf Collewal. Rund herum viele Felder mit Scharfe, Bauerhöfen usw. Es liegt nur einigen Kilometern vom dem Malvern Hills entfernt, die für schöne Wanderungen beliebt sind. Ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Malvern. Ich war nur eine Nacht hier, um meine Tochter von Malvern College abzuholen und es war sehr praktisch & schön. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.“

"Nice older building. Despite the nicks, dings, old furnishings, and imperfections the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are all exceptionally nice. I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church. I'm not religious but the building is beautiful and packed with history.
Unfortunately, there is some not so great items to note. The housekeeping was not good. In my opinion, the universal standard for replacing towels is to leave them in the shower/tub or on the floor which I did on two days. On one of these days the staff placed the used towels back on the towel rack and no fresh towels were given. No excuse for this type of action in the service industry. Also, the floor of my room was dirty upon arrival and never vacuumed during a 5 night stay. I did request a vacuuming but only one room was done. Full trash cans were not emptied daily. Lastly, the bedding was never changed during my stay. I requested a bedding change on the third day. The young lady simply removed the top sheet and never replaced it.
The Great Malvern Hotel is a nice hotel and I would recommend it to others but that recommendation would come with a room cleanliness caution. "
"The Hotel was ok. When we arrived I gave the license plate of the car at the reception but we still got a trafic violation ticket for parking at the parking lot of the hotel. That was pricy and annoying, because we had a rentel car and where charged extra by the rental car company. When I asked Reglan Lodge to help sort this out, I didn't even get a reply. So thanks for the stay that now costs us mmore then 3times the hotelprice! "
