This hotel smells terrible, and is pretty nasty overall. The staff were great. I had no issues with checking in. The staff were very nice and even helped get the cable working. The hotel just needs to be thoroughly cleaned. It was one of those places you don’t want to take your shoes off in, and yes that is inside the room!

It was very noisy. We did not even stay the night. We left early because we were unable to sleep. I called the front desk to ask for a refund, but they said they did not do refunds.

First I got there at 230 and they said I couldn't check in until 3. Because there wasn't no I repeat no clean rooms but they would be clean at 3 so 30 minutes and you're gonna clean 8 rooms. That's crazy and then they want everybody's. ID that is staying with you which is insane. So we couldn't even stay there because. One of my employees didn't have his ID.

I was given a room that could only be opened by staff. If I wanted to leave the room I would need to have staff reopen the door. The room did not have a deadbolt. When I asked for another room, I was told that there was none available. I asked for a refund, but I was denied and told they have a no refund policy. The room was unsafe.

Night of hell
We arrived and smelled a slight scent of dog urine. That should have been a clue. When we get in the hallway, it reeks of dog urine in the carpet. We get into the room and thought it doesn't smell so bad. However the floors were slippery as if they had been mopped with dirty mop filled with dog urine. No wash cloths, only 1 towels for 2 people. The tub faucet was somewhat broken. That night the bedroom reeked of dog urine odor coming from outside the hallway. I will never stay at a Woodbridge. First if you allow dogs, never have carpet.

In a pinch it worked for a night. Seems there are people that are full time living there. I did not feel safe. Room was ok. Not my favorite place but ive seen worse.

I didn’t get the room that I booked, instead I was told they were over booked and all they had left was a room with to full sizes bed’s instead of the king size I had booked.The lady at the front desk told me I could either take what they had or find somewhere else to stay. I had just driven 7 hours to get to Abilene and all of the hotels were booked up.So I had no choice but to stay there.Then on top of that my room had roaches crawling around and I woke up Sunday morning and a roach was on my pillow Almost everyone at the hotel had a dog and I woke up Saturday to dogs barking at each other. I was really not satisfied with my stay.

The room was just ok. The toilet would not flush properly because the tank would not fill up after each flush. You had to open the lid to get it to fill up. We asked for 2 extra blankets. We were able to get one from the front desk and they were supposed to send another one up, but never did. I was under the impression there would be a breakfast, but they do not offer it.

I booked the 2 rooms for my crews doing work in Abilene they checked in late as they had a long work day. They were dirty and tired having spent the day excavating and it had been raining. The desk person held them up at check in for 2 hours I’m guessing because of their appearance and because of their ethnicity ( Hispanic) . She required identification on everyone which has never been the case at any hotel we’ve ever booked and we work all over West Texas. I called the office the following morning to express my concerns and was dismissed, I left my contact information for the GM and have yet to hear back from them.

It took 25 minutes for someone to come to the front for an 11pm check in. We were informed the only room available was on the top floor and the elevator doesn’t work. There was what appeared to be pubic hair all over the shower and someone else's hair under the covers of one of the beds. After we discovered the condition of the hairy shower we packed our things and walked back down all the stairs to go stay elsewhere. Disgusted!
