„The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked how spacious the room was. It didn't feel cramped but like we had room to move.
The check in process was very slow. There was only one person doing it and averaged about 7-10 minutes per guest. I was in line for about 30 minutes. “

„This hotel is always our go to in Minneapolis when we visit friends. The rooms are spacious, the pool is excellent for the kids in the family and the breakfast is a huge value add. We participated in the afternoon cocktail hour this trip and want to thank ES for that little perk. Well done! Looks like the hotel is getting a refresh soon as they were showcasing some interior design project boards near the lobby. The hotel is situated in a good spot. There is a shopping plaza in walking distance and other stores nearby. It was pretty convenient. It also a quick ride into the city.
The hotel room (1 king size bed) was a little smaller than I thought but it was ok and clean. I just didn’t like how they positioned the TV. “

„I have stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and have always been very pleased but this one is different. Check-in was the slowest I have ever experienced, no waiting time, just the check-in process. It shouldn't take 10mn when you have booked and prepaid online already!
Breakfast area is empty of food at 8am already and upon asking the reception for a refill, I was informed that was it. I had more luck the next day but there just granola bars, no muffins and such. Coffee is also cartridges ...
