„Elevator was broken! It was marathon weekend and after running a marathon I was very disappointed to see that the elevator was broken.“

„We booked a three-night stay (Feb 18–21, 2026) at Pier B, primarily for a snowmobile tour. Unfortunately, due to a massive blizzard, our tour for the following day was cancelled right as we arrived. The rooms were simple but very clean and well-maintained. Since we had no reason left to stay in Duluth, we were worried about the remaining two nights. „Absolutely amazing property! Room was clean, view was amazing (once the fog cleared), breakfast options were great, and the pool/hot tub area was a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. If you plan on spending time in and around Canal Park, this is where you need to stay!“

„We spent our 5th anniversary there. The furniture in our room had seen better days, which didn't matter to us, other than that everything else was really good. There was a bartender in the lounge on Thursday night 6/11 with a unique name which I can't remember, who was great! We got in late, and decided to have a couple drinks before bed. He made us feel welcomed, and was fun to talk to. He seemed to really enjoy his job. We will be back next time we are in the Superior/Duluth area.“

„Walls are basically curtains. Weird offset slats on the tops of the walls by the room so you can see light from the other rooms and hear EVERYTHING. Hearing the person in the next room toss and turn in bed. Some degenerate left baby batter in one of the toilets.“

„Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!“
