„Good, but service in English was a bit awkward. Staff could benefit from having a few more fluent English speakers - or allow themselves to speak in Korean with foreign guests who can speak it. I noticed I had better and way less awkward interactions when pushing to use Korean. Disappointing that the TV in the room had no Youtube/Netflix capabilities as most hotels do these days - you could only connect via Android smartphone or Windows laptop... Rooftop pool was nice and room was comfortable, ...

„The hotel and the room were gorgeous. However it is not friendly to non- Korean guests, most of the staff have difficulties communicating in English and it is obvious that their facilities/ service are targeting Koreans like their in room dining system (QR code provided in the room) require Korean number. All those little things made our stay more tired. Overall, the hotel was really nice on the hardware side and had great spaces for kids to run around“
