„Dieses Hotel hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, mit tollem Service. Der Poolbereich ist überragend. Der Strand weiß und das Wasser Türkis wie im Bilderbuch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Hotel auswählen. Zudem ist es durch die überschaubare Größe nicht so überfüllt. Am Strand erhält jeder Gast eine Liege in der ersten Reihe. „Everything about the hotel was amazing. The beach is just breathtaking! Restaurant and shops are within walking distance. Awesome turn down service in the room. Pool and pool staff were quick and very friendly. Latoya in Coralli gave the best service! She’s so kind and accommodating. Breakfast was really good and those grits were cooked to perfection! Definitely should be a daily menu item! Can’t wait to return! “

„Super Lage an einem der schönsten Strände weltweit. Zimmer nett eingerichtet jedoch mit Abnutzungserscheinungen (Griff vom Schrank fiel direkt beim ersten Öffnen ab, Getränke/Zigarettenspuren auf den Möbeln). Ich würde jedoch aufgrund des Services nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen. Mitarbeiter grüßen kaum, schauen meist sehr unfreundlich. Möchte man einen Service in Anspruch nehmen z.B. am Strand oder Restaurant wartet man meist vergeblich da diese lieber sich miteinander unterhalten oder aufs ...

„Great place and location“

„Spacious boathouses with great patio and terrace views. Very clean. Our boathouse had a few issues with the patio door lock and dryer not working which could not be fixed during our stay. Staff offered to move us but we decided shifting was not worth the effort. Dining is limited to 1 restaurant and the breakfast menu gets boring. Beach services are only towel and umbrella, no dining or drinks available. There is construction going on in the property but it is well managed snd not disturbing.“

„New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line.
