„Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! “

„Hotel an sich ist sehr gut. Schöne Anlage mit gutem Service. Zimmer sind großzügig mit einem schönen Badezimmer. Aquarium Restaurant ist definitiv ein Besuch wert. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat, ist das der Strand obwohl sehr schön, nicht zum Sonnenbaden und schwimmen freigegeben ist. Laut aussage auf Anordnung der Provinz Regierung. Und nur zum Spazieren gehen am Strand würde ich da nicht mehr hingehen. Pool ist ok aber richtig schwimmen im Meer ist etwas anderes.“

„Das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen (ca. 7km) vom Zentrum Sanya, jedoch perfekt gelegen am Strand. Das Frühstück ist kaum noch zu toppen, wirklich für jeden etwas zu finden! Die Pools sind sehr sauber und der Fitnessbereich ist gut. Finde es etwas bedauerlich, dass ab 19.00 Uhr der Strandabschnitt nicht mehr vom hoteleigenen Lifeguard bewacht wird und die Polizei am gesamten Strand die Personen aus dem Wasser kommen lässt...“

„Das Hotel liegt, getrennt durch eine Strasse, direkt am Strand. Je nach Zimmer hat man sich auf die Sanya Bay oder Phoenix Island. Es ist schon ein etwas älteres Modell aber noch akzeptabel. Baden war keine angenehme Sache, auch wenn wir mit dem Bus schon etwas weiter weit vom Zentrum gefahren sind. Für diese Aktivität eignen sich Yalong Bay und Dadong Bay deutlich besser. „Unser Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza war super. Das Familienhotel der gehobenen Klasse bietet sich für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt auf Hainan an. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean war geräumig, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Der Balkon lud zum Verweilen ein. Die angebotenen Speisen in der Club Lounge waren frisch und lecker. „We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking.“

„Staff upgraded us on arrival which was a lovely treat. Very clean and well presented rooms in the townhouses. Lovely big pool central to the townhouses with palm trees and loungers. Negatives: Hotel is attached to a huge ‘shopping mall’ which is more like a giant evening entertainment centre with really loud music and flashing lights from loads of restaurants.
