„Unser Aufenthalt im Crowne Plaza war super. Das Familienhotel der gehobenen Klasse bietet sich für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt auf Hainan an. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean war geräumig, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Der Balkon lud zum Verweilen ein. Die angebotenen Speisen in der Club Lounge waren frisch und lecker. „Hotel an sich ist sehr gut. Schöne Anlage mit gutem Service. Zimmer sind großzügig mit einem schönen Badezimmer. Aquarium Restaurant ist definitiv ein Besuch wert. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat, ist das der Strand obwohl sehr schön, nicht zum Sonnenbaden und schwimmen freigegeben ist. Laut aussage auf Anordnung der Provinz Regierung. Und nur zum Spazieren gehen am Strand würde ich da nicht mehr hingehen. Pool ist ok aber richtig schwimmen im Meer ist etwas anderes.“

Das Hotel liegt zwar an der Haitang Bay, wegen einer Flussmündung kommt man allerdings nur über die Autobahn zu den anderen Hotels beim Atlantis und dem Shoppingcenter“

„Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! “

Hotel is a bit old… I need to push super hard to close my room door. I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean…
Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around.“

„We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking.“
