„The location of the hotel was pretty good and it was close to many good restaurants and the beach. However, the rooms were surprisingly dirty and both beds in my room had blood stains and signs of bedbugs on the blankets and mattresses. After asking them to clean it up and change the blankets, they simply just flipped the blanket upside down thinking it would no longer be noticed. We ended up sleeping without the blankets at all as they were too disgusting to use. There was also a lot of ...

„We had a 3 bedroom suite. It was spacious, rooms was nice, views was good, full kitchen. The option for breakfast came in handy just need to have 2 or 3 more options for sure! Staff A1!!! They were great w/ anything I asked. Yes there is a popular rooftop here, people come that isn’t staying at hotel. „What an amazing stay!! I normally stay at La Concha hotel across the street but decided to switch it up this time while in Condado. Hector at the front desk was a great host. He was attentive amd made some great recommendations. The hotel location is great and close to literally everything. I must say i wasnt sure what to expect from the hotel itself but it was clean and modern. I ended getting the 2 bedroom suite for my wife and i as some of the reviews complained about the room sizes. „The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though.“

„I like how the hotel is set up its is very romantic and couples friendly. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My one complaint is that the bell boys did not do their job at all, I can count on my hand the number of times the door was opened for me and my wife with 4 guys standing outside on their phones. I was a vip customer but did not recieve that treatment at all times.“

„The staff was always polite, friendly , respectful and ready to help. The property was beautiful but unfortunately for us the beach was not in good condition due to the large amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. If the beach had been accessible it would have been a perfect vacation. “
