„The Hard Rock Hotel in GDL is a nice place to stay. I was surprised at the condition of the bathroom and the hotel in general. Unfortunately it seems to be a common problem that the buildings look much older than they really are. This hotel was inagurated in 2018 but the conditions are easy like 10 years. In generall but ok and I will probably come again.“

„Todo bien, solo algunos detalles como el no poder llevar alimentos (snacks) a piscina ni playa. Los trastes del room service, se quedaron 4 días fuera de la habitación. Se tiene que hacer reservación para ir a los restaurantes, pero uno va con plan de descansar y de no hacer planes para la comida. creo que no hay necesidad de esa reserva, ya que los restaurantes no se llenaban. El personal amable, y es un lugar tranquilo y agradable. “

„Business was done. Unfortunately English is not very common at the hotel. It’s more orless a reaction hotel. It’s clean but not as a real business hotel. Wifi is ok but not brilliant. „Wir waren schon mehrfach Gast in diesem Hotel, das etwas erneuert wurde in der Pandemie. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, vor allem in Haus 1 (Zimmernummer 1....) aber dafür meist mit Balkon der auch Liegen hat. Das Essen hat sich erheblich verbessert zu Aufenthalten vor der Pandemie auch das Abend Buffet , zu dem auch live Musik oder eine Show geboten wird, ist nun sehr empfehlenswert. „It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. “
