Das Zimmer war relativ klein und das Bett stand direkt am Fenster, sodass es auf der Fensterseite relativ kalt war. “

However, one should be aware that it's a bit outside of the city. Two negative points: When we returned to our room at ~16:30, room service was not yet done cleaning. This was no big issue, but we would have expected this to happen earlier as we needed to wait. Also there's a big step in front of the bathroom.“

„Best Hotel I have ever been to. Superior Room with sea side view is super nice, with a view on famous Miyajima Torii. Very spacious rooms with nice beds, Japanese style seats and desk on tatami mats and western style chairs and desk. Very nice bathroom with onsen style tub. Lots of amenities. Do better than I did and book more than on night. I prolonged my stay, but unfortunately sea side was not available. Mountain side is also nice, but sea side is the side that you want!“

„Good location and good communication. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. I also appreciated all the space and lots of beds for a larger family. Having a clothes washing machine was awesome. The dry function wasn’t as useful and I wish the hotel had more space to hang more of our clothes to dry because of it, but they did have a small closet. Overall, pretty great stay. “

„I’ve stayed here multiple times when it was called the Sunshine Resort. Recently, they renovated this property and it is back to its original splendor. Definitely book an executive level room with the beach view and outdoor tub if you can. There is a free drink and appetizer lounge for executive level room customers and other perks. Ride the bikes around the island. Beautiful property and surroundings. “
