„Very nice rooms. I love the “organic” look and cement floors. For convenience, I do wish there was filtered water or bottled water available in those nice refrigerators. Also, some Kleenex. Otherwise nicely appointed. Was not impressed with the restaurant on the roof. Got 3 orders wrong out of our group of nine. Food was good but not great.“

„When I called to request a child crib they took ages to find my booking switching my call from one person to another and still despite them having promised - the crib was not ready 3 hours later when we arrived. Looks like the request was never communicated to the property. The hotel management however was nice and tried their best to accommodate our request quickly. Nice hotel with terrible phone helpline.“

„The property was beautiful. When we opened our curtains the next morning you could see the pool and the lake in the background. So beautiful!! My only thing I would change is adding a place for people to charge their phones that forgot their box and only had their cord. That’s the only thing otherwise it’s perfect “

„The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!“
