„Everything a bit old, but this was ok. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good. Sadly, even though the room has been cleaned, a lot of long black hair were on the floor. During the night, you are sorrounded by the a/c from the other room(s). The walls are very, very, thin. So you hear every word your neighbour says.“

„I overnight in this (ELMARK HOTEL MELAKA) for 2 nights. The second night was a nightmare to me. I'm so disappointed due to the electrical door lock spoilt, and i can't acess it. I have to wait more than 12 hours and there is no proper arrangements for me (my belongings are inside my room). The hotel staff told me about the master key with the hotel owner, and he is in another state now. I called the hotel owner, he didn't fix the issue on the spot..He asked me to wait him for another day to open ...

„The hotel is located very closely to downtown and the top attractions of the city which is great, you can just walk a few minutes everywhere. The service personnel really makes the effort here, the rooms are quite clean, they give you tips and help you where they can. We had the waffles for breakfast which were delicious. One little thing but the hotel can’t really help: we had hotel guests that were quite loud at our floor. But for one night, totally worth it!“
