„Das einzig positive war der Ausblick vom Balkon und die funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das Appartement war ziemlich abgewohnt, lockere Armaturen im Bad, gebrochener Stuhl auf dem Balkon, lockere bzw. herabgefallene Vorhangstangen, Flecken auf der Couch, keine Tassen und keine Gläser im Appartement! Die Anlage ist insgesamt zwar durchdacht gebaut, aber absolut ungepflegt. Sehr schade! Die Liegen im Poolbereich waren abends von streunenden Katzen besetzt. Wir kommen nie wieder.“

„Das günstigste Zimmer (ganz oben) mit separatem Badezimmer war echt nicht schön und vor allem nicht sauber und funktional. Für das separate Bad gab es keinen Schlüssel, jeder hätte in das Bad gehen können. Zudem konnte man im Bad nicht aufrecht stehen (und ich bin 170cm), aus der Dusche kam ganz lange nur kaltes Wasser und als es irgendwann warm wurde, kam nur ganz wenig raus. Meine Haare hätte ich da niemals waschen können. Zudem war es sehr hellhörig, die Gardinen waren hell und haben gar ...

„Lovely little Hotel directly by the Bay!
The Rooms are really clean, the breakfast is amazing, the staff is so nice and the water in the bay is clear and wonderful to swim in! Only a short ride by Bus/Car to Kotor old town, so perfect location. There are a lot of restaurants in the area where you sit directly sea side!
We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely recommend! “

„We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see while still being peaceful and relaxing.
The property managers were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. We arrived very early in the morning, and since our villa was already ready, they graciously allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. That thoughtful gesture made a huge difference after a long trip.

„DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down.
I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. “

„The bathroom has mold you don’t want to take a shower there and the hot water run over after one short shower, the worst was when we arrived nobody was there to do the check in and nobody said that we needed to go to a different place to pickup the key. „This was easily one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere. The apartment was immaculate, and the views over the Bay of Kotor from the living room were absolutely extraordinary. It was the kind of place I genuinely didn’t want to leave.
What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. His commitment to making sure I had a great experience went far beyond what I expected. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming and genuinely interested in making my time in Montenegro memorable.
