„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. „Beds were very comfortable staff were friendly and recommended places to eat and kid friendly. Close to downtown and everything was walking distance! Will definitely stay again! We stayed here for Kentucky kingdom and was only a 14 minute drive was perfect! “

„Nachmittags gibt es ein wechselndes Buffet - wird ständig nachgefüllt. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, auch hier wird regelmäßig nachgefüllt. Büffetbereich ist zu klein, Sitzplätze sind sehr knapp. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes waren viele Familien im Hotel, entsprechend unruhig war es am Buffet. Personal war aber sehr bemüht.“

„Our stay was great! There were 3 rooms of us who booked in order to be of close proximity to the Kentucky Exposition Center and Springhill was perfect! The staff, especially Laverne, who was at the desk when we checked in and every day afterwards. Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! Also, Jessica, who checked us out when we left, making sure our bill was 100% correct! In addition, she also came to our room the first day because our TV was not working.
