„I stayed twice on my arriving and on my departure from la paz in Hotel Sagarnaga. Stayed only a few hours, not to spend the waiting time on LPB airport. It's (without rush hour) just a 20 minutes ride with the cab from the airport. I checked in and out in the middle of the night without any problems. The room was very clean, the bath room as well, the bed was good, there was even a heater in my room. So everything very much to my satisfaction. Thanks. Have heard the breakfast is good, ...

„The most flexible hotel I have stayed at! When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. I am very happy at how flexible and obliging they were. We stayed in a suite and it was a huge room with everything that you needed. The gas heater kept it very warm too. “

„Die Lage ist super, sehr zentrumsnah; das Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und spricht an der Rezeption größtenteils Englisch. Allerdings haben wir uns einige Male über den Angestellten an der Rezeption zur Nachtzeit geärgert. Er "wollte" kein Englisch verstehen und war in keiner Form entgegen kommend. Bei ihm hatten wir tatsächlich das Gefühl, dass er uns nicht helfen wollte. Ansonsten war das Personal wirklich toll. Das Frühstück war, naja, sehr "basic". Kein Käse, keine Wurst. Es gab Toast, ...

„The staff is professional, they are really attentive, helpful, we really appreciate them, rooms are clean, but not so spacious, bathroom is fine, but water goes almost everywhere if you take a shower. Nice location on the Plaza San Pedro, walking distance from the Calle Sagarnaga or even the Main Square of Plaza Murillo. All in all we loved our stay in the Altus Express of La Paz, would stay there again if returning to La Paz“

„Really nice hotel in the center, right next to the Market de brujas. Confi bed and regular breakfast, eggs cost extra. Staff is really nice, shared bathroom is always available and clean“

„The receptionist Eddy was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and clean. Not the most updated interior but for a night to stay over all fine. The lobby looks a bit like a Chinese wholesale shop and the area at night is very quiet. I almost missed the entrance of the hotel because it's all shut up and closed and you need to press the bell. But I had a great time.“

„Die Hotelbesitzer haben meinen Trip nach Uyuni gerettet. Der Tour-Anbieter Get your Guide hatte eine Salt Lake Tour bestätigt, aber der Fahrer ist nicht erschienen (so wie bei anderen Reisenden auch!). Das Hotel hat sich sofort und total rührend um einen Ersatz gekümmert! Super Service!!!“
