„The property is beautiful. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and has comfy furnishings. We enjoyed the patio and being close to the beach, pool/hot tub. We could see whales and flying fish from the living room & patio! The owner is very responsive. The property manager arranged our airport transportation which went well. We had a really good time and didn’t want to leave!“

„We have been coming to this area of San Jose for years. Our stay at this condo was great and we had everything we needed. We appreciated the ease of both check in and out and our host was accommodating. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for great days enjoying the beach. „We have stayed for the fourth time at Las Quintas and the second time at Ana’s place. We love it. Spacious condo with all amenities you need, comfortable beds. We especially enjoy the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler). To keep in mind is that you have to drive to swimmable beaches as the beach in walking distance is only for walks. „The host never contacted us and we were almost left stranded that night. Luckily we got a room at a hotel nearby and then another Vrbo for the rest of our trip but now we have to deal with the ordeal of refunds. Absolutely ridiculous that Vrbo didn't catch this sooner and they took our money. “

„Our family of five stayed at the property Thanksgiving week. The weather was not the best but the property made it enjoyable nevertheless. The top deck with fire pit and hot tub was terrific. Access to golf, pool, gym and beach was great and the golf cart made it all easy and fun to get to. Some of the area is still under construction so there is some noise. But we still rate the experience very high. The staff was helpful and as nice as can be.“
