„We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. „My husband and I loved staying here. We stayed for 5 nights. We loved the design of the hotel. The host Atenas was amazing and so kind. She help us a lot and was flexible. The included breakfast is healthy and a great start to the day. If you’re staying in Cusco, I highly recommend here.
