„This was our first trip to Grand Cayman. The house and property was perfect for us. It’s centrally located and we rented a car, so we split our days between Rum Point and Seven Mile Beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner even purchased us a beach cabana when we asked if there was one at the house. It came in very handy on Seven Mile Beach as did the provided beach chairs, floats, cooler, pool noodles and sunscreens. We had a wonderful week! “

„Clean, simple, convenient. Great shower. Everything worked. Quiet. The owner is quick to respond and very helpful. Heads up, our only gripe is with other patrons throwing towels (place holding) on chairs at the beach, then not using them all day. There are plenty of other chairs so we worked around this typical beach issue. If you want an umbrella, get out early. Otherwise there is plenty of shade from the pine trees.“

„The apartment had everything one could need, was spacious and comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to Vivo restaurant but other restaurants would need transportation to reach. We were also able to rent snorkeling gear from the dive shop next to Vivo and snarkel right there from their dock. The grocery store was a short drive away. The manager was very helpful and responsive.“

„Everything was great. We had really nice views of the water and the sunsets off our balconies. Met all of our expectations we had going into this. We only had one thing that was a bummer that was no fault to anybody but mother nature. The beach has almost disappeared. The erosion of the white sandy beaches has taken it away. 5 years ago when we were here (same resort) we had lots of beach, now its almost none. We still made the best of it and still enjoyed it but sad to see. Over all though, ...

„Perfect house for 2 families on the North Side of the island. Very private. We loved our own beach and the snorkeling 15 yrds from shore. Very close to a small grocery store that was perfect for topping off what we needed. 10 minutes from Rum Point/Starfish Point/Kaibo Marina. 20 minutes to the East End beaches at Wyndham/Morritts.“
