„I have never been walked to my room and given a brief info tour at any hotel, including 5 star. It was wonderful! Room was clean and cared for. A/C worked ( there was a heatwave outside) Saltwater pool was the best!“

„We got this room because our baseball tournament was only 2 miles away. We checked in without issue, early in fact, between games. Got to our room and the air did not work! I went to the front desk, he looked in the system fir something in the same area (we were with other teammates) he walked up with me and opened the door to the new room (just across the hall from the original) and walked in to inspect that the air was working in the new room! He didn't question or make me explain or anything! ...

„The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. We arrived late to check in due to our flights being delayed and were great at 12:30 am as if it were 12:30 pm. The room was really large and updated and the outside ground area was a great way to cool off a bit in the evening. The pub and restaurant were both delicious and so not pass up the beignets.“

The temperature was set at 60, with fans working, my kids were getting frozen, I tried to just stop a fan like other customer but the kitchen attendant stopped us and made sure those were working against the comfort of everybody. I can't understand why the customer preference can not be listened on something so small but uncomfortable.
