However, David helped me and guided me through the process of how to reverse the charges for a night I was unable to use. He went above and beyond and I was so fortunate to have him on my side. Not only was the issue resolved, he personally reached out to make sure ducks were all in a row for my stay. I appreciate you David 🙏“
