„We just had our fifth stay at the Anchor Inn. It's clean, quiet, and ideally located within walking distance of downtown. Those under the age of eighteen are not allowed to stay in the main hotel, which is a definite plus for us. Breakfast is included and made to order. It's something to consider with the price of eating on the island. My wife says the rooms are beautifully appointed. I won't stay anywhere else for fear of her being disappointed. “

„Perfect location in the heart of put-in-bay. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars and they had parking for our car & rented golf cart, and they charge for parking just one block away. Very spacious accommodations, perfect size for a group of 5 of us. It can get loud, especially being above a bar, so if that can bother you then maybe look elsewhere. For us though, we felt things closed early enough to enjoy the stay and have a blast. “

„3 night birthday stay. Beds were extremely uncomfortable which made sight seeing a bit tiresome due to lack of sleep. The maintenance men were awesome and fixed things brought to their attention immediately. However, it took several hours, phone calls and personal visits to the front desk to have the tub unplugged because it wouldn't drain. The front desk person kept saying that they gave information to management but nothing came of it until finally at 11:30 at night my final personal visit ...

„This is a lovely hotel, perfectly located on the beach and next to the ferry terminal. The rooms were lovely and clean and the staff really friendly. The restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel was an unexpected surprise and the food and service were amazing! We just wished we had booked to stay longer. The photos of the hotel really don’t do it justice, it’s much nicer even in real-life.“

Personal total freundlich und hat uns erklärt wie Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren für jeweils 1 Dollar. Zimmergröße für 4 Personen mit 4 Koffern OK. Direkt vor dem Hotel ein Mexikaner der echt gut war. CedarPoint in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auf der Straße gibt es zig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Hotel war im großen und Ganzen echt gut.“

„Schon alles etwas abgeranzt, alt und fragwürdig, Renovierungsbedarf. Für den Preis zu schlecht. Bediensteten haben sich zwar echt Mühe gemacht, aber aus einem Lada kann auch ein Ingenieur kein Porsche machen.“
