„南京西路駅から徒歩10分ちょいで、スーパーもコンビニも麺屋も全て徒歩圏内にあります。ホテルは毎日清掃が入り（私が滞在した時は午後でした）、部屋も清潔で綺麗です。トイレはウォッシュレットとかではなく普通のトイレで、シャワーは水温も水圧も全く問題ありませんでした。騒音等は、さすがに部屋のドアの目の前でしゃべられたらかなり聞こえますが、特に横の部屋のテレビの音がうるさいとか、外の車の音が聞こえるといったことは自分が泊まった部屋ではありませんでした。レセプションの方がとても親切で、滞在中に現地で買ったもののことなどで何度か助けてもらいました。レセプションの方は英語が喋れるので、中国語がわからない自分でも意思疎通は問題ありませんでした。次に上海に行った時もここに泊まります。“

„Hotel allg. in genügendem Zustand, Betten sauber, Zimmerservice gut, Dusche -und Duschkopf verschimmelt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit!!Wir haben mehrere Anläufe unternommen dem Office Personal ein paar Informationen zu entloken - leider vergeblich (zum Beispiel: Hilfe bei Zugticket Buchung, Buchung für die Akrobatik-Show, U-Bahn Haltestelle für ins Zentrum/Skyline ...) Das Personal wirkte immer Abweisend (wir waren bei verschiedenen Personen...). Seit nun mehr ...

„Very nice hotel for the price and location, which is few minute walk to the main bund shopping. If you don't want to pay the outrages hotel prices on the bund then this the best bet. Very friendly staff also, plus I enjoyed the walk to the main shopping area because you go through a nice part of China with little mini stores and restaurants. “

„Arrived at this Home Inn I booked on hotels.com using the address in my email from them. The address was actually 51 not 53. The room was very cheap for 148 CNY per night. On checking in they told me I was at the wrong hotel and should be at Shanghai Airport Home Inn and it was 200 CNY away in a taxi. I spent 5 hours talking to this hotel and the airport hotel and 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com and finally it was 3am and I had to pay 325 CNY to stay at this hotel!
