La posizione è buona, non distante dalle piste, anche se bisogna fare una salita a piedi per arrivare al noleggio sci e prima seggiovia. Altrimenti è possibile salire in macchina all'altra seggiovia. “

„Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, einzig für die ringhörigkeit der Zimmer gibt es Abzüge.
Und das der Kirchenturm mit Glocken auf Zimmerhöhe ( Suite ) war, ca 15meter zum Balkon.“

„I just completed a stay at the Bellevue Hotel from Dec 20-26. What a great experience! It was my first time in Italy and didn't disappoint. Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff and owners were friendly and helpful and the location had easy access to the ski lift. The only complaint I would have is poor internet connection (wifi). However, it seemed to be poor wherever I went in Champoluc, so I don't think it was isolated to the Bellevue. Overall, loved it and will definitely stay again!“

"Ein Zimmer, das meine Erwartungen übertraf. Ich hatte Blick auf das Matterhorn und das Dorf Zermatt. Das Badezimmer ist etwas alt und dunkel. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber man kann an der Rezeption nach heißem Wasser fragen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen."

"Megaaa Unterkunft! Alles sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Frühstück für 25 CHF je Person hinzu buchbar. Liegt sehr zentral. Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar."
"Zermatt was without electricity and completely inaccessible for several days, including most of the day we were supposed to check in. The official Zermatt website clearly advised against traveling on that day, as the train tracks were blocked and only cleared around 15:30, when the first train finally arrived.
Naturally, with such short notice and no transport alternative, it was impossible for us to reach the hotel.
I understand that such situations can happen — and in every past experience, hotels have shown understanding by offering either a full refund, or move the booking to another time of the year, or at the very least, a partial refund.
This time, not only did this property refuse any form of refund (even for the unused breakfast), but they also declined to offer any gesture of goodwill, reduction for a future stay, or even a simple word of apology. I only received an apology from hotels.com for the way this hotel treat their guests.
Their attitude was absolutely unacceptable: legal, perhaps — but moral, certainly not."
