„Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Wenn man frühzeitig bucht, stimmt auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Ich war vor 7 Jahren das erste Mal dort & war verliebt. Es hat sich einiges getan, und es war nach wie vor perfekt. Das einzige, was ich kritisieren möchte, dass wenn man etwas später an den Pool/Beach kommt, viele liegen bereits reserviert sind. Das sollte nicht sein. Ansonsten, ich würde wieder kommen! “

Lovely, friendly owners, they supported me with booking island tour and airport transfer. I rented a scooter one day from the B&B to explore the island, very reasonable price.

„The hotel is off the main road and a 5-10 minute walk to the the main street with restaurants, shopping, beaches etc. Hotel room is simple, nice and clean. Hotel staff is accomodating, always have a smile, are welcoming and happy :) Booked for 1 night and ended up extending for the length of my time in Siargao. Overall loved the hotel!“

no cabinet.... the shower is just next to the toilet, so the bathroom is always wet.
in the evening it started to smell out of the pipes.
they gave us a little refund...which was ok than.

„I enjoyed everything about it especially the staff, they were nothing but nice and attentive. I think this place made me fall in love with Sairgao, it was away from all the tourist spots and the scooter rental was done on site! I miss it already. „It’s quiet, staff are ok; the only thing I did not like about the property is check time which is 11am, 10:45am a staff rang the bell and reminded me that I have to check out at 11am which I knew, it seems like they want to get me out of the room quick so that they can get it ready for the next guest which I understand. They should have wait until 11am before they tell the guest that it’s check out time. Other than that I’m ok with the facility “

„There is no hot water, and there was bugs in the room. They did their best to keep it clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, but if you want to be quiet, it will stay noisy till about 12:30 after midnight because of the live bands at the restaurant.“

„The main complaint is about the dogs that bark all night long and they’re very violent and aggressive dogs that are so loud that they wake you up all night long!!! Also the room that’s upstairs has no bathroom so you have to walk all the way down and around just to take a pee in the middle of the night“

"Tolle familiäre Atmosphäre. Etwas außerhalb von General Luna, daher ruhig gelegen. Man kann vom Hotel aus direkt Motorroller mieten, mit denen man die Insel erkunden kann. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Casa Basa."
"Die Hoteleigenen Anlagen könnten besser instand gehalten sein, aber es ist was es ist und zwar ein Flughafenhotel … spät ankommen und früh am nächsten Tag los dafür ist es perfekt , da 3 min Fußweg zum Flughafen. (Oder halt anderes herum) Längere Aufenthalte sind hier nur unter besonderen Umständen zu empfehlen , würd ich aber vermeiden. Der Check in war sehr zuvorkommend und das Zimmer zweckmäßig."

Das Zimmer ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Gerade im Badezimmer befindet sich sehr viel Schimmel an den oberen Wänden.
Das Personal machte leider keinen Hilfsbereiten Eindruck dies fing schon Beim Empfang an Und zog sich durch unseren Gesamten Aufenthalt
Man kann sicherlich ein paar schöne Tage dort verbringen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung
