„Renoviertes Motel direkt an der Marina. Es gibt am Strand Liegen und einen Feuerkorb. Viel zu bieten hat Washburn nicht. Wir haben es als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch des Aposte Island National Lakeshore genutzt. Wir können es empfehlen. “

„Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, scheinbar wird nichts modernisiert, wobei die Zimmerpreise sehr hoch sind. “

„This Super 8 is more of a hotel rather than motel. Very clean, staff is friendly, and breakfast was excellent, you can make your own pancakes or waffles, and they offer a variety of bread, cereals, yogurt , or hard boiled eggs. The pool area is small but clean; I enjoyed the hot tub. It's not far from Bayfield ferry station, which took us to Madeline Island.“

„Das Best Western ist ein tolles Hotel. Es ist zwar etwas älter, aber alles passt zusammen und hat seinen eigenen Charme. Es ist eben nicht super modern, aber trotzdem ein tolles Hotel. Wir hatten Seeblick gebucht und waren im obersten Stock. Es ist natürlich super toll, wenn man so den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Es gibt aber auch ein tolle Terrasse von der aus man diese Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann. Leider funktionierte der Zugang zum Internet nicht, was auch nach Nachfrage nicht geändert ...

„Between our room (No 202) and the poolarea was one other guestroom. Nevertheless the very loud noise of the whirlpool didn't let us sleep. The whirlpool ran several times at night. It also seemed as if the staff was very annoyed by the guests. For instance: Breakfast until 10am meens for the Lady in the breakfast room untill 940. Twisting eyes were the answer of the guests "good morning". Friendliness is different in our opinion.“
